Polycom Cloud Relay Requirements:

Polycom Cloud Relay works as a container for Polycom Management Agent and Polycom Download agent in the devices to access Polycom Device Management Service. If deploying the Polycom Cloud Relay, you need the following tech requirements:

  • VMWare or Hyper-V
  • Polycom Device Management Service License
  • Valid PFX certificate
  • Reset PIN code on PDMS
