RMA Status Search
Tracking details/status of your RMA including used transport company and appropriate tracking links, can be received by mailing emeaom@polycom.com with the appropriate RMA number.
How to get a RMA Number?
To get a RMA number, please fill out the RMA Request Form and send it to one of the Global RMA Help Desks. For more details, see below.
RMA Request Form
The Request Form must be filled out before returning any products to Polycom for repair. Doing so will ease the fault searching process and thereby contribute to shortening the overall repair time.
The Repair Note should be returned to Polycom along with the product in question.
Product name - e.g. KIRK Wireless Server 600v3
Serial number - e.g. 1000XXXX etc
Product and Serial numbers are located on each system component.

RMA Shipment Process
To ensure that your RMA process is quick and easy please be sure to follow these three easy steps:
Following this process will ensure proper invoicing, fast processing of units, and prevent unnecessary damages. Units not properly labeled with RMA numbers may create delays in processing an RMA.
Out of Warranty Replacement/Repair
If your KIRK DECT product is beyond its warranty date, and no continuing maintenance contract has been signed, you will need to provide a Purchase Order.
The Purchase Order must contain the following information:
