Polycom^® SoundPoint^® IP Platform Compatibility

The Polycom® VoIP Interoperability Partner (VIP) Program allows manufacturers of SIP-based call control platforms to demonstrate through testing and certification that their premise-based (IP PBX) or hosted (Softswitch) call control solutions are interoperable on a defined feature set with Polycom SoundPoint IP phones and Polycom® UC Software. Polycom Voice Field Verified (VFV) Partner platforms are verified as working with Polycom SoundPoint IP and SoundStation IP products based on input from VFV Partners and their end user customers, but have not gone through rigorous testing by Polycom or the partner. Polycom is under no obligation to resolve interoperability issues between Polycom IP phones and the VFV Partner’s call control platform. Click here for more detailed information on the VFV Program. The following partners have verified interoperability of SoundPoint IP phones with their IP telephony/UC platforms. As with all SoundPoint IP products, customers should refer to their Polycom VoIP-certified channel partner for technical support and product assistance.
