Polycom ARENA – VoIP Field Verified Partners
The Polycom VoIP Field Verified (VFV) Program enables call control providers who have successfully integrated with Polycom's VoIP family of phones to complete certification and resell Polycom phones.
Polycom does not engage in rigorous testing with the platform vendor, but instead relies on input from VFV Partners and their end user customers to verify successful integrations. It is the responsibility of the VFV Partner to ensure that all features and functions of the VoIP solution are fully tested before deployment. These same tests should be implemented whenever any component of the system is upgraded or changed.
Polycom is committed to working with VFV Partners to resolve technical field issues attributed to the phones; however Polycom is under no obligation to resolve interoperability issues between Polycom IP phones and the VFV Partner’s call control platform.
