Solution Description

SQmediator® is an advanced Voice over IP (VoIP) mediation server that collects QoE/QoS reports from Polycom® SoundPoint® IP phones, performs aggregation, correlation, and expert analysis of the data, and reports results via a Web user interface and Web service API.

SQmediator, when used with Telchemy’s VQmon/EP in Polycom SoundPoint IP phones, allows service providers to collect performance information in real time from residential, hosted PBX, or large enterprise customer premises equipment. In enterprise applications, SQmediator provides network managers with real-time visibility of all the Polycom SoundPoint IP phone users in their network, including teleworkers.
