At Test-Achats The Polycom and Microsoft Unified Communications Platform is Essential for Business Process
Founded in 1957, Test-Achats' main objective is to protect the consumer's interests. With their partners in OCU in Spain, Altroconsumo in Italy and DECO in Portugal, the group publishes over 20 different journals and has a combined readership of more than a million subscribers. Test-Achats is actively involved in the improvement of products and services offered to consumers and makes comparative tests of a large variety of products, highlighting products with the best price/quality ratio.

The unified collaboration project at Test-Achats is a great success. People are traveling less, and working more efficiently. "By meeting virtually instead of in-person, our time is optimized, we gain in productivity, and save travel costs." confirms Eddy Lootens. Today a little over 1500 Lync® 2010 licenses are in use, with a mix of Polycom CX 300, 500 and 600. Microsoft Lync Server, the Polycom infrastructure and 20 rooms equipped with Polycom HDX solutions are fully integrated.
