Polycom is committed to policies and practices that respect human rights. But we also recognize the importance of promoting respect for human rights throughout our value chain.

Our approach is aligned with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and guided by internationally recognized human rights laws and principles, including those of the United Nations and the International Labor Organization, as well as the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, in addition to the laws of the countries in which we operate.

We recognize our corporate responsibility to respect human rights, and are committed to undertaking human rights due diligence to ensure Polycom avoids complicity in human rights violations. To that end, we will regularly assess human rights risks, impacts, and opportunities to use leverage.
