The Certified Service Partner (CSP) program sets the quality standards for channel partners who provide service & support to customers as they integrate voice, video, web and data into core networks. The Polycom CSP program requires that certified partners demonstrate expertise in virtually all aspects of Polycom technology and associated network environments.
Through the CSP program, Polycom recognizes its Partner's commitment to provide consistent high quality support that clearly differentiates them in the marketplace. The program was developed to provide a vehicle that recognizes our Partner's service expertise and rewards them for their ongoing performance in delivering high quality support, competency, readiness and ability to deploy and support Polycom technology.
